Please check the spellings, colors, design and any possible errors carefully, once the artwork has been approved Gear Club do not take responsibility of any error in the design e.g spelling.
We offer repair or exchange if you find any faulty item with a manufacturing fault. We will resolve the issue as soon as we can to make sure you have received your full order in good condition. We will ask you to return the faulty items back within a reasonable time. These products are made to order with your designs, so these cannot be refunded if the correct size has not been ordered as we cannot re–sell these items.
There are some unavoidable technical differences e.g small variation in colors, quality, material, weight, or any other specifications and not considered as manufacturing faults.
Please expect some variations in colors when printed on fabric, slight variations can occur and are always possible and unavoidable. Please review the design sizes and order carefully prior to their approval for production.

Samples: 

We provide samples for sizing and quality checking purpose. We request you to please return the samples when you have finished with them. Samples are charged at full price if they have not been returned. Please return the samples within 2 weeks. If you need to keep them longer than 2 weeks please inform us and we will arrange. Our R&D team is continually working on improvements which may be applied to final garments. 

Payment Terms: 

All orders are subject to full payment in advance prior to production. In the event that any additional charges or outstanding balances arise after delivery, these must be settled within 7 days of delivery. While we may allow a reasonable extension where agreed in advance, failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe will result in the account being referred to Daniels Silverman Limited.

A surcharge of 20% plus VAT will be applied to cover collection costs. This surcharge, together with any additional charges and legal fees incurred, will be the responsibility of the customer and will be legally enforceable.
